About us

GHADIMI FINANCE designs software tools for the MetaTrader 5 platform. Our current product, Money Manager Pro, is money-management and risk-control software that handles position sizing, stop loss and take profit, an account protection lock, a trading journal and an analytical report. It does not provide buy or sell signals and does not make trading decisions on the user's behalf.

Terms of use

  • Each subscription is issued for one MetaTrader account number, and the key will not work on any other account.
  • Your subscription starts the moment the key is issued; renewing adds the new days to the end of your current subscription.
  • Running the EA in the Strategy Tester (backtesting) is free and requires no key.
  • Reselling, sharing, decompiling or tampering with the EA file is not permitted and results in cancellation of the subscription without a refund.
  • Software updates are provided free of charge for as long as your subscription is active.
  • If your account number changes, send your order number to support and your key will be transferred to the new account once.

Purchase & delivery

  • The product is fully digital with no physical shipping; delivery is free and available in every city and country.
  • Once payment is confirmed, your license key is shown immediately on the order page, emailed to you, and can always be retrieved from your account dashboard.
  • The EA file is downloaded from the order page and the account dashboard. Installation instructions are included with the file.
  • Payment methods are shown in the checkout form before the order is finalized, and the price of each plan is listed in US dollars and toman on the home page.

Disclaimer & risk warning

Trading in financial markets carries a high risk of losing capital. Money Manager Pro is a risk-control tool and does not guarantee any profit or outcome. The user is solely responsible for all trading decisions, EA settings and trade results. Backtest results and images on this site do not necessarily reflect future results. GHADIMI FINANCE accepts no liability for losses arising from use of the software, internet outages, or broker or platform errors.

Refunds

  • 7-day guarantee: within 7 days of purchase you can cancel without giving a reason and get a full refund. Just send your order number through the ticket section (topic “Refund”); the related key is deactivated and the amount is returned to the same payment method within 72 business hours at most.
  • For USDT payments, the amount is returned to the same wallet address it was paid from, minus the network fee.
  • If, because of a technical issue on our side, the key does not work on your account and support cannot resolve it within 72 hours, you receive a full refund.
  • If you paid but no key was issued, message support with your order number or transaction hash and we will either issue the key or refund the payment.

Privacy

  • We store only your MetaTrader account number (to generate the key) and your email (to send and recover the key).
  • Your bank card details never reach our site; rial payments are processed directly on the bank gateway.
  • The EA sends no information about your account or trades to our server; key verification is done entirely offline.
  • Your information is never sold or given to any third party, except by order of the legal authorities.
